Today was my fourth day back. I had my first meeting with one of the officials here in Erbil. His name is Falah Mustafa Bakir and he is the Head of the Department of Foreign Relations for the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG).

I was very pleased with the outcome of this meeting; we have already arranged future meetings with more officials. Mr. Bakir was extremely supportive and helpful when I explained to him what the Journey to Heal Kurdistan was about. It was an absolute pleasure.
